​Soizick Martin

 

"Soizick" means "little Françoise" in Breton: (French) Celtic roots and perhaps a taste for adventure inherited from the maritime culture that shaped my childhood?

​

I quickly set sail, seeking out the human diversity that has always fascinated me: a student life in Newcastle, England, then Russia with its intense souls, Norway next, to take on the challenges of environmental rights, and cosmopolitan Brussels, which welcomed me nearly 25 years ago.

​

I continued my journey of encounters from there, working with family planning teams from Ireland to Tajikistan, and further on in Asia, Africa, and the Americas. It is also where I met my life partner and gave birth to my two children.

Inspired by these multicultural experiences, I now propose a framework for reflection and stimulating support to find solutions tailored to each organization—whether a business, NGO, or institution—and so that each individual reconnect with their deepest aspirations.
