Individual coaching
What does it consist of?
Individual coaching is a creative and stimulating support process that offers a high-quality space for reflection, with the goal of fostering personal autonomy. It helps individuals reconnect with their own solutions and unlock their potential.
By establishing a clear framework, coaching creates a trusting relationship between the coach and the coachee. This partnership is an alliance in which roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, core values—such as integrity, respect, trust, and safety—are upheld, and a co-creative process can unfold.
Coaching draws on techniques such as powerful questioning, active listening, and constructive feedback. These tools promote self-awareness and support the coachee’s growth. Coaching is distinct from consulting, training, or psychotherapy.

“And if I had to do something else with my professional life, what would it be?”

Introductory Meeting: Clarify what coaching support entails and understand the coachee’s request. Identify a goal and the estimated number of coaching sessions—this can be done over the phone.
Coaching Journey: For each session, a specific objective is set to explore options, make progress toward solutions; actions are also identified to "test things out" between sessions.
Regular Reviews and Adjustments: Where do we stand in relation to the final goal? The aim is always to support the coachee’s autonomy.
Conclusion of the Coaching Journey: Review, debrief, and reflect on what comes next after the coaching process.
The coaching sessions can be done in person (Uccle) or online.
My support
at the service of your autonomy
I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach, also trained in transactional analysis and inspired by many other training courses and approaches in supporting people (for example, Olivier Hamant's robustness or Vincent Lenhardt's "Coach and Team").
Because we never stop learning, I regularly attend training courses to constantly stimulate my perspective and listening skills. I also attend individual and group supervision to receive insights and support in this profession, where human interactions can sometimes be challenging.
Passionate about the richness of human diversity, I am amazed to see how the qualitative framework of coaching allows this precious reconnection with oneself: when we are going around in circles alone, a reassuring and encouraging external perspective can really help unblock things and move forward!
