Stimulate personal reflection in a safe space—either in person or online—that fosters autonomy in finding solutions. This may involve exploring issues such as self-confidence, returning to work after burnout, or identifying your next professional project.

Together, we define a goal for the coaching session(s) and determine the number of sessions needed to reach it. One or two sessions may be enough to make a decision, while a series of 5 to 10 sessions can support deeper reflection.

Coaching encourages self-awareness and supports the personal growth of the coachee. It differs from consulting, training, or psychotherapy.
